How many lockers can I have per vending machine?

You can set up to 50 lockers per vending machine. Each locker can hold different products with their own prices and stock levels.

How do my customers access the vending machine?

Your customers scan the QR code you generate and display near the vending machine, or use the direct URL. They pick their products, pay by card and receive a code to open the locker.

SumUp offers the lowest fees on the market (1.69%, no fixed fee), fast activation and an optional card terminal for contactless payment. Jalunia never stores any banking data: everything goes through SumUp, which is PCI DSS certified.

Yes! Set the alert threshold for each product (5 units by default). You will receive email and/or SMS notifications when the stock reaches that threshold.

In an existing locker, click 'Manage products' then 'Add a product'. Enter the name, price, purchase cost (to calculate your margins) and upload an image if you like.

Enter the purchase cost of your products in their product sheet. Jalunia automatically calculates your margins and profits. You can view this data in your sales statistics.

Check that the QR code is clearly readable and not distorted. Reprint it from the interface if needed. Make sure it is placed in a well-lit, accessible spot.

First check that the payment was properly processed in SumUp. If so, the code can be sent manually from the sales history. Contact support if the issue persists.
